I want to thank you again for your assistance in getting an expedited installation for my mom. She is thrilled. The installers arrived promptly and couldn't have been nicer or more professional. John was very patient and kind in assisting my aged parent in learning to use it. He also went over trouble shooting procedures regarding the cable with me. Finally, they were conscientious about cord placement and making sure all installation debris was picked up. In a day and age when one constantly finds it hard to find 'good help' your people proved to be a very gracious exception.
