When you call, we will give extensive product information, as well as a price according to your rough dimensions. We can then schedule a sales appointment at your convenience. On Site Consultation Our salesman will arrive on time and will verify the dimensions and installation options with you. He will show you fabric samples as well as a life size demo unit while also addressing specific unique qualities and features. He will present a written proposal including all details and features as discussed with you. If there are no changes in dimension or features, the price will be exactly as quoted over the phone. The price presented is all inclusive. There will be no additional costs to you beyond those on the original proposal. You will be asked for your signature and a 50% deposit and you will retain a copy of the agreement. All sales are final because we immediately call in your custom order to the factory. Order & Installation Your awning is shipped fully assembled, bubble wrapped, with all the mounting hardware and components included. We will set an installation appointment upon the arrival of the awning. Most installations are completed in one day. Installation will be within 3 weeks of commitment and you will only pay the remaining amount after completion and inspection. Follow Up You will receive no more than one follow up call to confirm your satisfaction. No spam, No telemarketing, No pressure for add-on sales. Complaints Our people are human and may err.
